Deer processing

We are now accepting deer for the ‘24 - ‘25 season!

Depending on freezer space, we may not be able to accept deer at all times

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ROAD KILLED DEER

Deer may be brought to our facility anytime between 7 AM and 10 PM, 7 days a week.
Your deer must be field dressed and in relatively good condition. Pack the cavity with a large bag of ice if necessary.
​We reserve the right to not accept deer if it smells spoiled. 
If this is the case, we can dispose of your deer for $40.00 

We accept as many deer as we can handle based on our work load and facility space.  
We do NOT accept deer that have been skinned out or quartered. This ensures that we keep our holding cooler free of hair and dirt. This also enables us to hang the deer and process them chronologically.  If you drop a deer off and fill out an instruction card you are agreeing to the following terms.

If you requested a cape or euro mount we will notify you when it is ready. We ask that you pick this up promptly as we are not able to freeze these. There is no payment due. The cost will be added to your bill. After hours pickup of capes and heads is available.
Full processing payment is due upon pick up. We will notify you via text when your meat is ready with our storefront hours and your bill.
Terms are cash or check only.
If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card there is an additional 3% charge. 
Our freezer fills up quickly during deer season, prompt pickup of your order is appreciated. If you do not pick up your deer within three days of your initial notification, there will be a $5 per day holding charge. If you do not pick up your deer after 10 days, your meat will be donated. 
  
 We are NOT participating in the Hunters Sharing the Harvest program.
If you would like to donate your deer to a local food bank, we will accept it assuming all processing charges are paid at drop off.
